What is included???

Besides -when was the last time you were at a SWE event that had such a
location??? Have you seen the photos of the location?
Did someone say WAR??? Yes, there is a paintball
war amidst us! Which side are you choosing?
We are time limited - so don't wait till the last minute to
register. There can not be any door sales as we have to request a
visitor's pass in advance for you to come on base to stay, once this is
completed - you will have in/out access from the main gate for the 3-days.
- the shuttle information for people needing a shuttle. It will
take them right to the NGIS, so they won't need a car. Here is the
NAS link on how to get to the base:

- For people who want a car, they could take the Clinton Mukilteo
ferry to Whidbey Island (link below) or drive up to SR20. The
Langley gate is the main gate (open 24 hours), and the Charles
Porter is the alternate gate on that same main road into the base.
I believe the Langley gate is going to be the gate with the Pass &
ID office.

time for Region J to host the yearly ABJ Conference & Training!
This is one all inclusive ABJ Event you won't want to miss! Whidbey
Island Navel Base is an incredible location, we thank them for the use
of the facility.

| Hotel rooms are single occupancy by default. There is
a queen size bed in the rooms. No roll-a-ways or
hide-a-beds are available.
*It is optional if you decide to share a room, for spouses
and significant other's it is a "no brainier" that you will
share the bed - for other's I don't want miscommunication.
If you would like to bring the whole family (and obtain an
extra room for your kids that are old enough to sleep in a
separate room) -- Just contact Danette. These are EASY
arraignments to make.
For students that have expressed sharing a room, the max
is 3 to a room. This is 2 sharing the queen bed and one
bringing sleeping bag and taking the couch/floor. |
